All services are performed based on customer requests, vehicle condition, and technician evaluation.

Estimates are provided based on visible damage and service requirements. Final costs may change if additional repairs or issues are discovered during the service process.


Estimates and Payments

All estimates provided by Start Auto Body are based on the initial inspection of the vehicle.

Additional repairs or parts may be required if hidden damage is discovered after service begins. Customers will be notified if additional authorization is required.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

We accept approved payment methods including major credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of payment accepted at our facility.

Failure to pay for completed services may result in vehicle retention as permitted by California law.


Appointment Scheduling

Customers may schedule services by phone, email, or through our website.

We request that customers arrive on time for scheduled appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in delays or rescheduling based on availability.


Customer Responsibilities

  • Removing personal belongings from the vehicle before service

  • Ensuring the vehicle is accessible and available for service

Start Auto Body is not responsible for personal items left inside vehicles.


Warranty Disclaimer

Start Auto Body strives to deliver high-quality repairs and services. However, warranties on parts or materials may be subject to manufacturer terms.

Unless otherwise specified in writing, services are provided “as is” without additional warranties beyond those required by law.

Customers will be informed of any applicable warranty coverage related to parts or services.


Limitation of Liability

Start Auto Body is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage

  • Mechanical failures unrelated to the services performed

  • Loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services performed.
